Dear Mr. Bryan:

I would like to make a reservation at your hotel for this Christmas and New Year. The date that I would want to acquire is from 27^th to 30^th  December, 2010. I would like to request for a family room for 5 with 2 bedrooms plus a small living room at a lowest rate possible.

I would also like to request for a wheel chair to be provided for an 80 years old grad mother of mine and free space in the living room to be provided for my two years older brother because he would need that space to be his work area for a photo shooting session as there will be some models coming over. The last request would be, if we could have a room with a sea view because I feel that my grandmother would want to be expose to clean air and beautiful scenery. 

The 1,000.00 baht check is enclosed with this letter as for the requirement of the hotel for deposit. Please reply or send information for further notice of the situation to us as soon as possible, in order for us to plan out the trip to Hua-Hin well.

Dear Mr. Edward :

On November 24, 2010 I purchased a Sun screen protections from store. But my priority of sending you this letter is to recite you the problem that I have encountered while buying the product just because I’m an African-American.

At about noon, on November 24, 2010 I walked into your store with the aim of buying a sun screen protection to prevent me from receiving sun burn while driving. One of your young sales man walked up to me and asked “Sir, Is the sun screen protection product you are looking for?” , the looked on his face told me that he was very discriminating and was very amused that why would an African-American , to be precise a negro would need a sun screen protection because he is already black. However, I replied politely saying that “Son, just because I’m a negro does not mean that I do not care about what could happen to my skin”, the young man quickly apologized to me and I forgave him and went ahead and bought the product.

 My desire would be that the young sales person should be taught a lesson about stereotyping as soon as possible so that he could avoid doing this to other customers who have different races and different features from him. Also I would like you to personally talk to him and explain to him that what he did was very wrong and his action could lead Wall-mart to lose its customers and reputations as well. Have you ever dreamt of playing football like David Villa or Lionel Messi? Have you ever anticipated that you can run and accelerate like them? The ad of F50 adizero’s marketing purpose is to sell the product to football players and people who enjoy playing football. The strategy of this ad is that they used two of the best football players in today’s world to present the product. The target audiences of the ad are the football players and people who play football for recreational sport. The ad contains evidences that emphasize positive aspect so does the evidence of playing down negative aspect.

F50 adizero’s ad's positive aspects are such like the wording used as it is directly connected to the images used, “The Lightest. The Fastest “is directly linked to the image of David Villa and Lionel Messi because every football fanatic knows that these two are among the top football players who have the speed to out run their opponents and also the facial expression shown by the two of them give us the impression that the studs are light and they can run very fast with the F50 in use. The second positive aspect of the ad is that the word “Light” is repeatedly used in the ad thus this word can catch the attention of the customer as it may stand out than any other word used in the ad. The F50 adizero ad also acquired the use of many persuasive methods such as “Transfer” because the use of 2 famous football stars give the impression that by wearing these studs you would be good like them. Next persuasive method that was used is “slogan” the ad contains a slogan saying “Impossible is nothing” thus the viewers of this ad can remember the slogan and associate it with the product. The last persuasive method that was used in the ad is “bandwagon” - The ad emphasize on “Every Team … “it gives the impression to the viewer that if they acquire the product they can be the main person in the team.

F50 adizero’s negative aspects are such like it lacks certain important information which should be mentioned like the price of the product , and by not mentioning the product they could lose an opportunity to sell their product effectively. Second negative aspect of the ad is that the ad could give fault impression to people that by wearing these studs they could be good in football like Lionel Messi and David Villa but in fact that’s not true at all. The third and the last negative aspects of the ad are that the word “Lightest” used in the product may create confusion to the viewers that in order for the product to become light uses of low quality raw material has been used in the making of this product.

The F50 adizero’s ad comprise of significant differences for positive and negative aspect that could give the viewers different judgment about the ad. In my opinion , anticipate that the customers would buy the product because by using Lionel Messi and David Villa has boost the reputation and at the same time give people the impression that the product is good by using different persuasive methods. A certain way that the ad could be improved is that they should include more information about the product differences from any other studs and also most importantly its price.

  Have you ever heard about Facebook Addiction Disorder? Sitting on your computer or laptop for the whole day doing nothing else and leaving out everything you were supposed to do and your eyes staring at your computer screen on a web page called " Facebook "; posting something on your friend's walls, uploading new pictures, commenting in your friend’s profile pictures and playing quizzes and applications available on that social network page. If asked if I am exposed to any of these situations, yes, I would sincerely admit that I am one of the people who are suffering from this Facebook Addiction Disorder. This essay will discuss the problem of Facebook Addiction Disorder, that happens when you are so addicted to Facebooking which is shown by your actions and behaviors, and the possible solution of this problem is to admit you really are the victim of this disorder and other solutions which I will discuss later on, but the best solution for this problem is to make a timetable of your daily routine.
 
        Admitting that you have a problem might sound strange, but it's the first step to solving this problem. Acknowledging that you are the victim of Facebook Disorder will help you realize that you really have a problem that should be fixed, be open-minded that you are one of the victim. Maybe you should begin by asking yourself, “What do I really accomplish by checking Facebook". Specifying your goal on Facebook could be another solution, Delimitate when about you're going to login and why, for example logging in so that you can wish your friends for his or her birthday or going to Facebook just to be in touch with old friends etc. The best solution for this problem is establishing a timetable for your daily routine; this would surely help you to lie off from Facebook. Sport activities, homework and assignments, novel and story books or even browsing some other sites, include all these in your timetable to allow you to have least amount of time to access to Facebook. Setting a timetable will help you to be organized with a fixed time table and it will also help you furlough from Facebook to do something useful and important.

        Being too easy with your self is not going to help you get rid of this disorder. One of the solutions that is not going to work is promising to yourself by word that you're going to lay off from Facebook. Remember actions speak louder than words, by acting it out you can surely get rid of this disorder. But if you're just going easily with your word then this problem could never be solved because you will always think that accessing on Facebook for 10-15 minutes is all right but actually it's not. Admitting you are having the problem and making a timetable will surely have a positive impact on you as you can really get to the root of the problem and fixed it. Eventually you can overcome this disorder and in additional to that making a timetable for your daily routine will have you manage your time betters and will help you to use your time wisely with something useful.
