Have you ever heard about Facebook Addiction Disorder? Sitting on your computer or laptop for the whole day doing nothing else and leaving out everything you were supposed to do and your eyes staring at your computer screen on a web page called " Facebook "; posting something on your friend's walls, uploading new pictures, commenting in your friend’s profile pictures and playing quizzes and applications available on that social network page. If asked if I am exposed to any of these situations, yes, I would sincerely admit that I am one of the people who are suffering from this Facebook Addiction Disorder. This essay will discuss the problem of Facebook Addiction Disorder, that happens when you are so addicted to Facebooking which is shown by your actions and behaviors, and the possible solution of this problem is to admit you really are the victim of this disorder and other solutions which I will discuss later on, but the best solution for this problem is to make a timetable of your daily routine.
Admitting that you have a problem might sound strange, but it's the first step to solving this problem. Acknowledging that you are the victim of Facebook Disorder will help you realize that you really have a problem that should be fixed, be open-minded that you are one of the victim. Maybe you should begin by asking yourself, “What do I really accomplish by checking Facebook". Specifying your goal on Facebook could be another solution, Delimitate when about you're going to login and why, for example logging in so that you can wish your friends for his or her birthday or going to Facebook just to be in touch with old friends etc. The best solution for this problem is establishing a timetable for your daily routine; this would surely help you to lie off from Facebook. Sport activities, homework and assignments, novel and story books or even browsing some other sites, include all these in your timetable to allow you to have least amount of time to access to Facebook. Setting a timetable will help you to be organized with a fixed time table and it will also help you furlough from Facebook to do something useful and important.
Being too easy with your self is not going to help you get rid of this disorder. One of the solutions that is not going to work is promising to yourself by word that you're going to lay off from Facebook. Remember actions speak louder than words, by acting it out you can surely get rid of this disorder. But if you're just going easily with your word then this problem could never be solved because you will always think that accessing on Facebook for 10-15 minutes is all right but actually it's not. Admitting you are having the problem and making a timetable will surely have a positive impact on you as you can really get to the root of the problem and fixed it. Eventually you can overcome this disorder and in additional to that making a timetable for your daily routine will have you manage your time betters and will help you to use your time wisely with something useful.
